This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police to enquire upon the representation made by the petitioner on 17.12.2020 and to take a decision with regard to granting police protection to the petitioner. 2.

When the matter came up for admission, this Court directed the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and report before this Court.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent police submitted that the parties were enquried and they were advised to agitate their dispute before a competent civil Court and they have

also given an undertaking that nobody will resort to causing threat or cause any law and order problem.
