ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 02.12.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2024 in M.C.No.11 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi. 1/4
2. It is settled proposition of law that no revision is maintainable against interlocutory order and it is barred under Section 397(2) of Cr.P.C.
3. Since the present revision is filed against the interlocutory order passed in Crl.M.P.No.6 of 2024 in M.C.No.11 of 2022, this revision is not maintainable.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as not maintainable. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
