These petitions have been filed to transfer the Criminal Revision Petitions in CRP No.53 of 2015, CRP No.54 of 2015 and CRP No.55 of 2015 respectively pending on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, Coimbatore District to some other competent Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the accused persons were convicted by the 7th Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore in C.C.No.379 of 2011 by judgment dated 12.12.2015.

3. Recording the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
