CRIME NO.291/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in bail order granted to the petitioner on 23.11.2021 in Crl.Op.No.22146 of 2021 in Crime No. 291 of 2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.PRASANNA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22146 of 2021 dated 23.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
