This Application is filed to receive certain documents as list of documents filed by the 1st defendant.

2.The learned counsel for the defendants 2 to 6 made a strong objection and stated that the documents that are now sought to be produced are not adequately pleaded.

3.The learned counsel is now required to raise his objections before the learned Master and the learned Master is required to note down the same to enable this Court to consider their merit during the final hearing of this case.

4.The Application is allowed, subject to proof, relevancy and admissibility.
