This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the petitioner/Ujjal Mandal, Male 26years s/o.Soumen Mandal from 3rd respondent central prison to the 6th respondent, central prison and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2021. 2/5

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is a resident of West Bengal has been now transferred to Prison at West Bengal by an order of the second respondent dated 25.04.2022 and he would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the orders passed by the second respondent dated 25.04.2022, the detenue/Ujjal Mandal s/o.Soumen Mandal has been transferred to Prison at West Bengal.
