This application has been filed seeking to implead the proposed party namely, one M/s.Padmini Pictures represented by its Proprietrix, Mrs.B.R.Vijayalakshmi as the 4th respondent in A.No.2696 of 2012. 2.Though the proposed party has been served and the counter has been filed, the counsel for the proposed party is consistently absent. The original defendants 1 and 2 in the suit have been set exparte. 3.Mrs.Sneha, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd defendant would opposed this application on the ground that this application has been filed only after specific cross examination at trial. 4.However, considering the fact that the present application is only an application to implead the proposed party in A.No.2696 of 2012, which has been filed seeking to correct the description of the 1st defendant, I do 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/

KKN not think, the objections should be gone into at this stage. Therefore, A.No.4315 of 2012 is allowed, the proposed party namely, M/s.Padmini Pictures represented by its Proprietrix, Mrs.B.R.Vijayalakshmi is impleaded as 4th respondent in A.No.2696 of 2012.

5.The learned counsel for the plaintiff / applicant shall carry out the amendment and file amended copy of the application in A.No.2696 of 2012 by 17.08.2021.
