This application is filed to grant leave to the applicant / the first respondent for filing the additional documents as set out in the list of documents in the Judge's Summons in (T)OP(TM)/230/2023.

2.On a perusal of the application, this Court finds that a part of the documents alone appeared to have been filed after the counter was filed. However, in the best interest of justice, this Court allows this application but on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) payable to the first respondent herein, and the petitioner is permitted to file any rejoinder.
