This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.320 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Virudhachalam.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police submitted that in S.T.C.No.320 of 2013, the petitioners have been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam by its Judgment dated 06.12.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
