ORDER

This Court by an order dated 01.11.2019 disposed of the Writ Petition No.30561 of 2019, directing the petitioner to send representation to the respondents along with a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner. Since the order has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order has been complied with and he produced the copy of letter sent to the petitioner, by the office of II-607, Thigai Primary Agricultural Co-op Credit Society, Villupuram district, dated 13.02.2020, before this Court. The said letter is taken on file and recorded.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, no further adjudication 2/3
