ORDER

This application is filed by a person who had been a tenant of a different property owned by a Trust under the administration of the Administrator General and Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu ("AG & OT" for brevity), to direct AG & OT to allot a property adjacent to the location of the property at No.6, Phillips Street, Chennai - 600 001, or any other property in the same location. First of all, this application itself is not maintainable. However, it is represented by the learned AG & OT that several properties are available in the nearby locality and if any application is filed by the applicant for taking any one of them as lessee at a reasonable rent, it will be considered. In such circumstances, giving liberty to the applicant to approach the AG & OT for leasing out any property adjacent to the location of the property at No.6,

Phillips Street, Chennai - 600 001, or any other property in the same location, in accordance with the terms that may be agreed between the parties, this application is dismissed.
