ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. registered in Crime No. 2058 of 2015 for the offence under Sec. 406, 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that after investigation, the complaint has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and he has also produced the copy of the order.

3. Considering the fact that as the complaint was closed as 'mistake of fact', no further adjudication is required in this Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. If at all, the petitioner is having any grievance over the same, he is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
