This Court, while disposing of the above Criminal Original Petition on 14.02.2024, directed the trial Court to complete the trial in Spl.C.C.No.05 of 2021, within a period of twelve (12) months.

2. Now the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ranipet, vide letter in Dis.No.4430/2025 dated 19.08.2025, requested this Court to grant further period of six months to complete the trial in Spl.C.C.No.05 of 2021, as directed by this Court.

3.As requested by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ranipet, further period of six months time is granted to dispose of the case in Spl.C.C.No.05 of 2021 pending on the file of learned Principal Sessions Court, Ranipet.
