ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.08.2019 passed in W.P.No. 27140 of 2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this court has been complied with. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in K:/K/vz;7100-c2-2019, dated 27.01.2021, to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has conceded the aforesaid submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
