Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the application dated 17.08.2021 filed by the petitioner and to direct the respondents to issue Chitta and Adangal in respect of the petitioner's property in old Natham S.No.170/1, New Natham S.No.279/13 to the extent of 0.143 sq.mt. situated at Thenkumarai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District in favour of the petitioner by removing the name of Alagappan Son of Saminathan from the Chitta and Adangal based on the enquiry report of the fourth respondent dated 13.01.2021.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to dispose of the application dated 17.08.2021 filed by the petitioner and to direct the respondents to issue Chitta and Adangal in respect of the petitioner's property in old https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Natham S.No.170/1, New Natham S.No.279/13 to the extent of 0.143 sq.mt. situated at Thenkumarai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District in favour of the petitioner by removing the name of Alagappan Son of Saminathan from the Chitta and Adangal based on the enquiry report of the fourth respondent dated 13.01.2021.

2. Heard, Mr.V.Elangovan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.08.2021 and conduct enquiry after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, and pass orders to issue Chitta and Adangal in respect of the petitioner's property in old Natham S.No.170/1, New Natham S.No.279/13 to the extent of 0.143 sq.mt. situated at Thenkumarai Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District in favour of the petitioner by removing the name of Alagappan Son of Saminathan from the Chitta and Adangal based on the enquiry report of the fourth respondent dated 13.01.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
