This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 27.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.15403 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7112 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e on first date of every calendar month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter report before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
