This writ miscellaneous petition has been presented by the second respondent seeking to recall the order dated 27.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.39730 of 2024.

2. The plea of the second respondent is that the learned Additional Government Pleader, who had taken notice on her behalf, is not the standing counsel on the date when the writ petition was disposed of. The petitioner has pleaded that the standing counsel for the second respondent / University is Mr.V.Vijaya Shankar. Therefore, she states as there was no proper representation on her behalf on 27.12.2024, the order has to be recalled.

3. This court passed an order on 27.12.2024 after hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of both respondents. The University, being a separate entity, has its own standing counsel. As the direction has been given to the second respondent and since the second respondent was not properly represented, the second respondent has made out the case for recall of the order. Accordingly, the order is recalled. 2/4
