Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the First Respondent in C.P. No. 347 of 2007 dated 07.08.2012 and to quash the same as illegal and against the provisos of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

Ms. V.Poombavai, Learned Counsel appearing for the Second Respondent states that the Second Respondent has died, but his date of death and the details of his legal representatives are awaited.

In such circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it would not preclude the Petitioner for applying for revival of this Writ Petition and substituting the legal representatives of the deseased Second Respondent in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
