ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case against the accused persons on the basis of complaints dated 02.11.2017 and 20.07.2018 given by the petitioner in CSR Nos.95/2017 and 78/2018 respectively on the file of the 3rd respondent and investigate the same in accordance with law.

3.This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
