ORDER

This application has been filed to implead the petitioner as further respondent in the writ petition.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the 6th respondent issued a tender notification calling for tenders for construction of Used Water Managementhttps://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

STP-cum-FSTP at Veeraganur in S.No.411/4 of Veeraganur Village. The petitioner had participated in the tender and he had been also issued with work order on 20.11.2024. Naturally the petitioner is an interested party when a writ petition has been filed that the work order should not be proceeded with 3.This miscellaneous petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment by impleading the petitioner herein as the further respondent in the writ petition.
