ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property in O.S.No.385 of 1990, dated 19.03.2002 on the file of District Munsif, Thiruchengode, pending disposal of the above Second Appeal.

2.Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners is before this Court.

3.This Court has perused the case file.

4.This Civil Miscellaneous Petition as well as the Second Appeal are pending since 2005 without any progress. In fact, service is not completed. 5.In the facts and circumstances, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping this Civil Miscellaneous Petition alive. Hence, this Court is inclined to close this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
