(Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above appeals.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and these petitions are accordingly ordered.
