ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2021 within stipulated period fixed by this Court.
2. Heard, Mr.K.Venkateswaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fifth respondent.
3. The petitioner lodged a compliant before the respondents 1 to 4 with regard to fraudulent transaction of the subject property by the respondents 6 to 9. However, the respondents 1 to 4 are not a competent authority for the complaint lodged by the petitioner.
4. Considering the above, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh complaint before the concerned District Registrar, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the District Registrar is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 9, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
