The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent authority to give permission to conduct the dance program at Vadugampalayam Village Arulmegu Murugan Kovil Thaipusa Thiruvizha on 20.01.2019 by considering the representation dated 20.12.2018.

2. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2018 has already been considered by the respondent and permission has already been granted. He had also produced the copy of the representation of the petitioner with the endorsement made by the respondent, granting permission to the petitioner to conduct the aforesaid festival.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
