ORDER
(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue, Rajasri, aged 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. When the matter is taken up, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has been secured. The detenue is produced before this Court. On enquiry, the detenue submitted that on account of some force exerted by her parents for her marriage, she went to her friend's house from where she was secured. Now, on enquiry, the detenue submits that she is willing to go with her father.

3. Recording the said submission of the detenue, the detenue is set at liberty. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
