ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose the petitioner's application No.2023/0105/06/454107 dated 31.08.2023 for transfer of Patta.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased the property on 27.03.2019 from the original owner and thereafter, he made an online application dated 31.08.2023 for transfer of Patta. So far, the respondent has not transfered the Patta in the name of the petitioner. Therefore, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Mr.R.Vigneshwaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

4.Since this Writ Petition is filed for a simple writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 31.08.2023 and issue notice to the petitioner, interested parties/rival 2/5

claimants/objectors if any as the case may be and conduct enquiry in the manner known to law and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
