Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to act in furtherance of the stop work notice dated 20.08.2020 issued to the fifth respondent under the District Municipalities Act under Sections 199, 209, 216(1)(2), 313, 317, for the illegal building constructed at the schedule premises and pray to direct the first respondent to lock and seal and demolish the illegal building constructed by the second, third and fourth respondent in the schedule mentioned property, consequently, direct the fifth respondent to give in protection to the first respondent, during the demolishing of the illegal building in the schedule mentioned property.
