ORDER

It is represented that order which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with vide endorsement of the Tahsildar dated 15.09.2017. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that survey has been done behind his back without putting him on notice. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that survey has been done in accordance with law and the above said communication was sent to the petitioner and it was returned with an endorsement "not

available". The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also undertakes to furnish the copy of the said endorsement to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

In the light of the said development, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. However, if the petitioner aggrieved by the said proceedings, he is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, in accordance with law before the competent Forum.
