O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 12.07.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:
"The petitioner shall appear before the 3rd respondent on 17.07.2023 at 11.30 a.m. and the 3rd respondent shall record the statement of the petitioner and collect all the relevant documents. Similarly, the person against whom the complaint has been given is represented by a counsel and he shall also appear before the 3rd respondent police on 18.07.2023 at 11.30 a.m. and a statement shall be recorded along with all the relevant documents. The 3rd respondent shall take a decision and shall report before this Court during the next date of hearing.
Post this case under the same caption on 26.07.2023."
3. The matter was again taken up for hearing on 26.07.2023 and the following order was passed by this Court:
"Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court on 12.07.2023, it is submitted that both sides have appeared before the 3rd respondent and have submitted all the documents. The learned Government Advocate sought for sometime to enable the 3rd respondent to take a decision and to file a report before this Court. Post this case under the same caption on 09.08.2023."
4. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] produced the report prepared by the third respondent along with the statements recorded from the witnesses and other 2/4
materials. It was submitted that the closure report is going to be filed before the jurisdictional Court.
