This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners to permit them to file copy of the inventory list dated 03.03.2022 and consequently to permit the petitioners to mark the same as exhibits under the secondary evidence.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/petitioners to file and mark the copy of inventory list dated 03.03.2022, however, subject to proof and relevancy. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3. Post the matter before the concerned Master, for recording evidence on 09.02.2024.
