Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in Ref.No.PA.Mu.19734/2013/E1 dated 22.8.2014, quash the same as it is illegal and perverse and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to modify the assignment of land by allotting the entire assigned land of one acre in S.F.No.63 itself to the petitioner instead of 50 cents each in S.F. No.63 and S.F.No.125 as per assignment of the 2nd respondent. For Petitioners : Mr.S.RamPrabu for V.Subramanian For Respondent :
