This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the proceedings in C.C.No.347 of 2012 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Ponnamallee and transfer the same to the file of any other Judicial Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondent Police would submit that in C.C.No.347 of 2012, the petitioners have been acquitted and the case has been disposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee by its Judgment dated 29.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
