ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.29145 of 2019 dated 31.01.2022, thereby directed the second respondent therein to issue fresh notice to the objections raised by the third respondent herein and to pass orders either to deal with the subject property or not after giving opportunity of hearing within a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court on 31.01.2022 has been complied with by order dated 10.02.2023 of the respondent.
