Valliammal Died v. Ramayammal

C.M.P.No.1778 of 2010 in S.A.No.965 of 2000 RMT. TEEKAA RAMAN,J.

The above Second Appeal has been filed by the mother of the respondents 2,3,4 and 9 and as they are not joined the mother and the mother alone has filed the appeal.

2. Now, the mother has died.

Hence, they are filed an application to transpose the respondents 2,3,4 and 9 as appellants.

3. In the interest of justice, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the cause title for a period of two weeks

5. Post the main appeal after four weeks.
