In compliance with the order of this Court dated 24.06.2022 in W.P.No.12309 of 2022, the third respondent has passed an order dated 20.09.2022 bearing reference No.Na.Ka.81/2022/A. 2.There are no merits in the Contempt Petition as the order has been passed by the third respondent. In case it is case of the petitioner that the first and second respondents are the competent authority to pass orders, it is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
