The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2018 submitted with regard to survey and issue patta to her in respect of the properties of an extent of hectares 3.90.0(Acre 9.63 cents), comprised in Punjai Survey No.258/2, Old Survey Nos.96 and 98 in Gundri Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

2. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that there is no acknowledgment filed for having submitted the representation for considering the request of the petitioner. It is also stated that the application seeking for patta should be made only through on-line from the year 2017.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to get the relief redressed by applying on-line patta. No costs.
