ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this Court on 29.04.2025, Mr.R.Boopathi, The Joint Director of School Education, is present before this Court today.
2. The judgment passed in the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1462 of 2022 has been complied with.
3. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Principal
Educational Officer dated 04.06.2025 in Na.Ka.No.2516/aa3/2025, whereby, which upheld the dismissal made by the School Management.
4. As such, the disobedience alleged, cannot be termed to be willful in nature. In case the petitioner is aggrieved against the said order of the Principal Educational Officer, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the same in the manner known to him under law.
