ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner. 2.It is seen from records, there is a money dispute between the parties and the either side has approached the police for recovery of money.
3.The dispute is purely civil in nature and the respondent police shall relegate the parties to approach the Civil Court. The respondent police is directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
