The appeal was filed in the year 2011 arraying 19 respondents. For the past 10 years, service to the respondents not effected. When the matter was listed on 18.02.2022, the learned counsel for the appellant reported that he has no instruction from his client and he needs time to get instructions. Hence, the matter was listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not able to provide any information about the appellant or any positive undertaking to serve on the respondents.
