Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings dated 13.02.2018 in Ref.No.7316/ME2/1/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to issue the relieving order to the petitioner along with the salary due to be paid to the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records of the first respondent pertaining to his proceedings dated 13.02.2018 in Ref.No.7316/ME2/1/2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to issue the relieving order to the petitioner along with the salary due to be paid to the petitioner.

2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the certificate and reliving order have been issued to the petitioner and the request of the petitioner for arrears of salary payable to her may be directed to be considered by the respondents.

3.Taking note of the above submission, as the respondent have no objection to consider the said request with regard to the payment of arrears of salary to the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
