This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to S.C.No.84 of 2021 under Sections 148, 149, 294(b), 324, 307 I.P.C. and under Section 3(1) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992, pending on the Learned Principal Session's Judge at Chengalpattu and quash the same. 2.Neither the petitioner nor the counsel was present before this Court today to prosecute the case. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent.

3.Perused the materials, particularly the materials collected by the prosecution which clearly indicates that there are offences committed against the defacto complainant due to which he has also sustained injury.
