This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27948 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., unless or otherwise, the petitioner has to appear before any other Court for any other hearing, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
