Prayer: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records pending on the file of the 1st respondent police namely Inspector of Police, Mathur Police Station, Krishnagiri District in Crime No.35 of 2018 and to quash the Criminal proceedings as against the petitioners concerned.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.35 of 2018, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the respondent Police have registered an FIR against six named https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accused persons, for an offence under Sections 143, 144, 447, 434 and 506(2) of IPC. The petitioners are A2 to A6. It is seen from the allegations made in the complaint that there is a pathway dispute between the parties and the civil proceedings have come to an end before this Court in the year 2017. The alleged incident is said to have been taken place on 22.10.2017. The name of the petitioners have been specifically mentioned in the FIR and some allegations made against them. The truth or otherwise all these allegations can be known only after the completion of the investigation. This Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage of investigation.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report or a closure report as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
