C.M.P.NO.551 of 2014 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the appeal caused by the death of the appellant Sakkubai Ammal.

2. C.M.P.No.552 of 2014 has been filed to bring on record viz.,

1. Vijaya, wife of Lakshmanan, Hindu aged about 45 years residing at No.19/47 Kuttai Street, Sholinghur Vellore District 2. Shanthi, wife of Pannerselvam, Hindu, aged about 42 years residing at No.5, Surattal Streeet, Manalur Cheyyar Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District.

3. No representation on the side of the respondent either in person or through the learned counsel on record.

4. Considering the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, the above Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
