JUDGMENT

A joint memo of compromise dated 8.10.2015 has been filed. The appellant and respondents 1 to 3 are personally present in the court alongwith their respective counsel. On being questioned, they confirm that they have effected a settlement and voluntarily signed the memo of compromise. They also pray for recording the memo of compromise and passing necessary orders in the appeal.
