directed to provide alternative accommodation to the appellant herein and as per the said direction, the respondent-Board has provided alternative accommodation and the same is also accepted by the appellant. Therefore, learned Standing Counsel submitted that the Writ Appeal has become infructuous. The learned counsel for the appellant has not controverted the said submission.

2 In the light of the above, we dismiss this Writ Appeal as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
