The writ miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner to restore Writ Petition No.30295 of 2024, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 03.12.2025.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, W.M.P. No.9730 of 2026 is ordered.

4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition No.30295 of 2024 is restored to the file of this Court.
