ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.Subramanian J.) It is brought to our notice that there are certain typographical errors in the dates in the order dated 14.11.2024.

2. The fact that this typographical error do exist is not disputed by the learned counsel for the parties. Hence, the following corrections are directed to be carried out:- i. In line 5 of paragraph 2 of the order, the date "31.10.2014" is to be incorporated

instead of "24.06.2009".

ii. In line 7, the writ petition number is to be corrected as "W.P.No.7754 of 2015" instead of 14971 of 2009. In the same line, the date of judgment is to be corrected as "28.02.2023" instead of 31.10.2011.

iii.In line 11 of paragraph 2, the word "Thereafter" to be removed and the sentence will read as follows:- "Claiming that they were orally terminated in 2013, the respondents in all these Writ Appeals filed individual IDs before the Labour Court under Section 2A(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act". iv.In the last line of paragraph 7, instead of 2011, the date should be mentioned as "31.10.2014".

v. In line 4 of paragraph 8, "November 2019" is to be corrected as "November 2013".
