Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt Advocate For R1 to R4 R3 to R8-PVT Order This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to cancel patta Nos.4529, 4530 and 4531, standing in the names of the private respondents, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had given a representation on 13.12.2025 to the official respondents seeking for cancellation of the aforementioned pattas. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse order is being passed against the respondents 5 to 8, notice to the respondents 5 to 8 is dispensed with.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the private respondents i.e. 5 to 8 and any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta Nos.4529, 4530 and 4531, standing in the name of respondents 5 to 8, after hearing the objections of respondents 5 to 8 and also any other third party whom the third respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
