The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the above quash petition has been filed to quash the C.C.No.356 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore. The learned counsel submits that thereafter the trial was conducted and the case ended in an acquittal. Hence, nothing survives in the Quash Petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to that effect.
